Refund policy
1. In terms of exchanges and returns, they will only be admitted free of charge in case the product sent is wrong, keeping the original packaging in which it was sent. For the return, it must be sent with the original packaging, even if it is open.
Situations in which exchanges and returns will not be free of charge:
1.1 To change the product for another reason, the cost of the return will be the cost of a new shipment, thus assuming J2KAYAK the cost of the return, and the customer the cost of such shipment.
1.2 In the event that the return is for not having been collected at the collection point established, the costs will be assumed exactly as in paragraph 1.1.
1.3 A refund will only be made if the product arrives damaged.
1.4 The maximum period for handling the above points is 7 calendar days from receipt of the package.
1.5 In the event that a return is required for size change, the customer must assume the shipping costs.
