1. Shipping.

1.1 Regarding shipping, the amount will be paid at the time of purchase, it will not be at the buyer's expense to pay any extra amount.

1.2 Shipping is to your home. If the buyer gives a post office as their address, it is their responsibility to pick it up within the 15 days provided to the Correos company to collect the package. As included on the "Exchanges and Returns" page, if the customer does not come to pick up this product, under no circumstances will a refund of the amount, product or shipping be included.

1.3 Errors in the shipping address: If the transport company cannot proceed with the delivery of the package due to the wrong address (cases in which the client himself has indicated the address incorrectly), a new shipment will have to be generated, which will mean the collection of said new shipment (amount depending on area). This payment will always be made through the website, with the same payment gateway that was used for the first payment, and it will have to be the clients themselves who accept said payment. It will never be done without the client's permission.

1.4 Errors on the part of J2KAYAK in the shipping address: If the error in the address is made by both J2KAYAK and Correos, the customer will not have to pay for the reshipment of the package under any circumstances.

1.5 Delivery times are indicative, in no case is delivery guaranteed at an exact time since said responsibility is left to the transport company.

1.6 Products such as t-shirts and clothing have a delivery time of between 5 and 7 business days.

 

2. Orders.

2.1 Orders are always managed by J2KAYAK. A copy of the invoice will always be sent to the customer as soon as the order is confirmed. If the customer has not received said copy, they can contact us by email: contact@j2kayak.com. 

2.2 J2KAYAK reserves the right to accept and cancel orders in cases of extreme need, if the order is canceled from J2KAYAK, the full amount of the order will be refunded (shipping included). 

2.3 Orders are sent according to stock order, in exceptional cases delivery times will be longer for orders in which there is insufficient or no stock.
